How to
Booking of Bitraf equipment is done in a Google calendar. To book a machine or space at Bitraf, you need to do this:
- Get the proper training for any machine you want to use
- Be a paying Bitraf member
- Join our Google group: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/bitraf
- Click the "Booking av Bitrafs maskiner" link at the top of the group. Calendar: https://www.google.com/calendar/render?cid=u3054u2f4kpkl7edub90faijvo@group.calendar.google.com
- Reply yes when asked if you want to join the booking calendar
Please note that it will take a few minutes after registering in the Google Group for you to get permission to setup a booking.
IMPORTANT
To book, simply add an event to the Bitraf booking calendar. However, for a booking to be valid, it has to include the following info: - The name of the machine you're booking (see the bottom of the post for the machine names) - Your name, including first and last name (no nicknames, please, not everyone knows your nickname) - Your phone number
This info is important to ensure things work as smoothly as possible. Use the phone numbers to coordinate if you or anyone else is running late.
Booking av Shopbotten
• Shopboten kan forhåndsbookes gratis i maksimum 12 timer i løpet av en 4 ukers periode.
• For alle bookinger som varer mer enn 4 timer, må grunnen til den lange fresetiden forklares i beskrivelsen i kalenderen.
• Bookinger om natten mellom 01.00 og 07.00 regnes ikke med i telling av timer.
• Bookinger gjort mindre enn 72 timer i forkant regnes ikke med i telling av timer. Disse bookingene merkes med «KORTTID» i kalenderen.
• Kommersielle og betalte bookinger regnes ikke med i telling av timer. Disse bookingene merkes med «BETALT» i kalenderen.
• For vedlikehold, kurs og andre fellesgoder, kan man merke bookinger med «BITRAF». Disse regnes ikke med i telling av timer.
