Bitraf/2018-06-18 Nettverk: aksesspunkt i labben (2etg) oppdatert til OpenWRT 17.01.4

<summary> I kveld har jeg oppdatert aksesspunktet i labben (2 etg) til siste versjon av OpenWRT, 17.01.4. Hensikten er å se om det hjelper på problemene vi har hatt med at spesielt 2.4 GHz nettet (bitraf24) faller ut når aksesspunktet har vært oppe i noen uker. </summary>
