Stalker.
- A Bitraf member is being stalked by an ex who keeps trying to enter our space.
- Member is talking to police.
- Stalker is banned from entering, and photo is posted by entrance door.
Security has been too lax.
- A kid has been loitering alone.
- Nikolai: We should be stricter about letting people in.
- Thomas: Doors shouldn't be left open, but lately they have been.
Bylaw changes.
- Topic pushed from last meeting.
- Wording is to be ready for extraordinary general assembly.
- Accounting for last year is not yet complete.
- Nikilai: Push exact bylaw wording before assembly invitation.
- Some wish for a more flexible date of yearly meeting.
- Martin: Invite members to discuss bylaw changes before final wording.
Kitchen.
- Nikolai: Require free of charge 30 day sticker on food i refridgerators.
- Fatima: There have been complaints about stuff being moved around without a name.
- Fatima: Some people keep things all over the kitchen; should we require boxes?
- Thomas: Box wastes space if contents are small.
- Mattias: If no sticker, then throw away now.
- Nikolai: Some people store too much, also in other areas of the building.
- Bjørnar: Do we need a rule? Can talk to who it applies to.
- Nikolai: Will make rules about storage at Bitraf.
Packing area.
- Benjamin is extending the sewing room, and at the same time, the packing area.
- Geir: There will be a photo studio with a curtain.
- Nikolai: Sewing room sees a lot of use nowadays.
Room keepers.
- Martin: På norsk, romrøktere.
- Fatima collected nominations:
- 3D printer room, **Alex**, Julie, Geir.
- Woodshop, **Ghaith**, Karsten.
- Metalworking area, **Mattias**, Alex.
- Sewing room, Julie, **Benjamin**.
- Chemistry room, **Geir**.
- Thomas: The main keeper suggests a minimum monthly operating budget.
- Fatima: Make a channel on Slack for room keepers.
- Geir: Will print room posters with portraits on Sunday.
- Nikolai: Wants multiple keepers per room, one of whom controls spending.
The suggested room keepers were selected without deliberation.

Economy.
- Thomas: Surplus every month.
- Enough so that jensa thought something was wrong.
- The smallest loan, 20 000 kr owed to Trygve Laugstøl, has been fully repaid.
- We have been repaying more debts this year than the previous.
- Improvement is mainly due to Plaato moving out, allowing rent increase.
- Nikolai: Two grants should soon be spent.
- 1. Traditional wood crafts grant is almost done. Missing storage and furniture.
- 2. Hot room grant is missing induction forge. There is now yet another promising lead.
- Fatima: Has some ideas for new grants.
Psychological issues.
- Nikolai: There was much talk after the Noemi case last year.
- Fatima: Everyone can not be made uncomfortable because of one person.
- Geir: Every member should be required to sign something when joining.
- Nikolai: Does not know what to say to new members.
- Bjørnar agrees.
- Martin: We should discover or reach consensus on behavior.
- Nikolai: It's difficult to catch someone in the [malicious] act.
- Mattias: Is often first to arrive, always to a messy kitchen.
- Fatima: Where is the line?
- Nikolai: Previous year's general assembly discussed guidelines.
- Bjørnar: Strict boundaries were discussed in board meetings.
- Nikolai: Written warnings is something.
- Mattias: Everything should be written.
- Bjørnar: Decisions should be written, should have written warnings.
- Nikolai: Has had many chats with people about what is not fine, and that has worked.
- Nikolai: Paperwork makes it more difficult to verbally correct.
- Martin: The board has not explicitly been given the right to ban people.
- Nikolai: The board has banned people, the general assembly can dismiss the board if it disagrees.
- Geir: This is explained in Norwegian organizational law.
- Nikolai: Suggest explicit bylaws about this for extraordinary general assembly.
Next meeting will be held at Bitraf on 2026-08-12 Wednesday 18:30.
